Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a membership, booking a session, or entering our facility, you agree to these terms and conditions. They apply to every member, guest and trial visitor. We may update them from time to time, so please check this page when renewing. If you have a question about any clause, contact us before you sign up.

We offer fixed-term memberships, payable in full in AED at the start of the term: 1 month at AED 350, 3 months at AED 900, 6 months at AED 1,600, and 12 months at AED 2,500. Full pricing and inclusions are detailed on our gym membership in Al Quoz page.

Memberships are non-transferable and do not auto-renew. When your term ends, access stops until you choose to renew. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Membership grants access to the gym floor and equipment during opening hours; it does not include personal training unless purchased separately.

Members on three-month and longer terms may request a temporary freeze for documented reasons such as travel, illness or injury. Freeze requests must be made in writing in advance and are subject to approval and reasonable limits on duration. A freeze pauses the remaining term; it does not extend a membership beyond approved days or convert into a refund.

We expect every member to train with respect for others and for the facility. Re-rack weights, wipe down equipment after use, share machines during busy periods, and keep noise and behaviour considerate. Appropriate clean training attire and footwear are required. Aggressive, threatening or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

Use equipment only as intended and within your ability. Report any faulty or damaged equipment to staff immediately and do not use it until cleared. Personal belongings are your responsibility; do not leave valuables unattended. Members are liable for damage caused by misuse or negligence.

Exercise carries inherent risks. We recommend you complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and consult a qualified physician before starting, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury. You confirm you are medically fit to train and accept responsibility for exercising within your own limits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secret Sport Gym LLC, its staff and trainers are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from use of the facility or participation in any activity, except where caused by our proven negligence. By training here you voluntarily assume the risks involved.

Personal training packages start from AED 2,800 and are delivered by our coaches Mohammed Anas, Shabeel and Ahmed Magdy. Sessions are booked in advance and subject to availability. We ask for reasonable notice to reschedule; sessions missed without notice may be forfeited. Packages are personal to the member and valid for the stated period.

We are open daily from 5 AM to 1 AM, seven days a week. Hours may change on public holidays or for maintenance, and we will give notice where practical. Free on-site parking is available. We reserve the right to amend these terms, pricing and facility rules; the current version published on this site applies.
